Educational Loans

We render financial assistance to deserving and meritorious students undergoing higher studies in India or abroad. In case of minors, loans will be sanctioned jointly in the name of the student and the guardian.

Eligibility

•  Students who secure admission in a recognized university in India or abroad for their higher studies. 75% of total expenditure during the course of study including admission fee, tuition fee, books and equipments and maintenance.

Quantum

•  Subject to maximum amount of Rs. 10 lakhs for studies in India and Rs. 20 lakhs for studies abroad.

Repayment period

•  Maximum 60 months or depending on the duration of the course.

Security

•  Loans upto Rs. 5 lakh:Guarantee of two persons acceptable to the Bank
•  Loans above Rs. 5 lakh: Collateral security of immovable property having clear title and valued at minimum of 200% of the loan amount.
